Bartenders are responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences while accurately mixing, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition to preparing and serving drinks per guest specifications, bartenders are responsible for following Sodexo Live! and State guidelines for responsible alcoholic beverage service. Bartenders are responsible for inventory counts, stocking, cleaning, and organizing assigned work location. Bartenders are always expected to be attentive to guest needs, and responsible for creating and maintaining a welcome, comfortable and relaxed environment in which every guest feels important and well attended to.

Job Requirements: A TABC Card, Ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions, Ability to work well independently and with others, Ability to work well in a high stress and fast environment, Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Ability to be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, Attention to detail, Positive Attitude, Ability to anticipate needs throughout shift, Ability to count inventory accurately, Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
